Terms of Sale
These terms of sale apply to Levux paid offers for professional users (independents, freelancers, and small teams). They complement the [terms of use](/legal/cgu). If there is a conflict on a commercial point, these terms of sale prevail for the paid part. This document is provided for information and may be updated; it is recommended to have it reviewed by a legal professional.
Seller
Paid offers are provided by Valentin GIRAUD, sole proprietor — micro-enterprise, publisher of the Levux service. Full legal information (SIRET, address, VAT) is available in the legal notices.
Contact: contact@levux.app.
Purpose
These terms govern subscription to and purchase of Levux paid offers: Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual), AI action packs, and any other paid offer presented in the professional workspace.
These offers provide usage capacities linked to scoping and decision-support features (in particular AI actions), under the conditions shown in the application at the time of purchase.
Acceptance
Any order of a paid offer (subscription or pack) implies full acceptance of these terms of sale, the terms of use, and the privacy policy.
The user acknowledges having reviewed the essential characteristics of the offer (price, billing period, associated credits or capacities) before confirming payment.
Offer description
Offers and their characteristics (price, billing period, number of AI actions, packs) are described in the application (Profile → Billing) and/or on the website. Levux may update the offer catalog; the applicable conditions are those shown at the time of the order.
The Freemium offer, when available, provides limited access under the rules shown in the application. AI action packs are reserved for users with an active Pro offer (unless otherwise stated).
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, tax included (TTC) when VAT applies, according to the publisher's tax status and the information shown at the time of purchase.
Payment is made online via Stripe, a payment service provider. Levux does not store full card data.
Payment is due immediately on order for packs, and according to the chosen period for subscriptions (monthly or annual). A failed payment may result in suspension or non-activation of the relevant offer.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, a Pro subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
The user can manage or cancel their subscription from the Levux Billing area (redirect to the Stripe customer portal). On cancellation, Pro access generally remains available until the end of the period already paid; no further renewal is then charged.
Subscription credits renew according to the period rules shown in the application (including an anniversary logic). Pack credits remain available until used up, unless otherwise stated.
Digital service performance and withdrawal right
Levux provides a digital service delivered electronically. Under consumer law, a consumer generally has fourteen (14) days to withdraw.
However, when digital service performance starts immediately after the order (activation of the subscription or credits), and if the user expressly consents when ordering, they acknowledge that the service starts before the end of the withdrawal period and that they may lose that right for the part of the service already provided.
For any request related to a payment, invoice, or cancellation, contact contact@levux.app. Any refunds are reviewed case by case, unless a legal obligation applies.
Invoicing
Invoices and/or receipts are issued via Stripe and may be viewed from the Levux Billing area or the Stripe portal, as applicable.
The user agrees to provide accurate billing information.
Availability and changes
Levux uses reasonable means to provide the service. Interruptions may occur (maintenance, incident, force majeure).
Features and quotas linked to offers may evolve. In case of a material adverse change to an ongoing offer, Levux will endeavor to inform the user under reasonable conditions.
Liability
AI-generated analyses and content remain decision support. The user remains responsible for their professional and commercial choices.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability for paid offers is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant offer over the previous twelve (12) months.
Personal data
Processing of payment and billing data is described in the privacy policy, including the section on Stripe.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Lyon, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
